AboutNeana (Alana Palahnuk) is a Canadian illustrator who grew up in a small township in Northern Ontario. She now resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. She graduated from Emily Carr University of Art and Design with a Bachelor in Fine Arts, majoring in Illustration. She is currently working on writing and drawing a dark fantasy/ romance graphic novel, as well as illustration projects playing with bright colours, urban style and the unwaveringly brutal tendencies of nature and death. Her work draws from her experience in deeply rural Canada and playing with themes of survival and life cycles. Past Anthologies
